Homeschool Helper

I was not a parent that knew I always wanted to homeschool. Even when our first was born, homeschooling was still not on our radar. Eventually, as we began to see differences in our son coupled with being a Black boy with challenges along side the social pressures of school, we became open to the idea of starting homeschool in 6th grade.

Then in 2020 life for everyone change. We like many others were suddenly doing school at home. Rather then return to school the following year, we decided to take the leap and began homeschooling our 2nd grader. We are in year 4 of home school with our oldest and our youngest attends public school. 

I am by no means an expert, just a parent sharing some homeschool resources. My husband and both teach various courses.
